Tracy joined Slimpod 19 months ago, feeling stuck and weighed down—physically and mentally. Years of emotional eating and diet failures had chipped away at her confidence. But things started to shift. One pod at a time, one choice at a time, Tracy began to take her life back.
Today, she’s six stone lighter. But more importantly, she’s calmer, more in control, and finally feels at peace with food.
More Than Weight Loss
Tracy has lost six stones since starting Slimpod. She’s also dropped four dress sizes—going from size 22/24 tops to 16/18, and from size 20 jeans to a size 16. She’s lost 10 inches from her bust, 12 inches from her waist, and 10 inches from her hips.
But what’s truly remarkable is how she feels about herself now.
She’s no longer chasing the scales. She isn’t battling cravings. Her new way of eating is just that—a new normal. There’s no more constant negotiation, no willpower games, and no guilt.
At nearly 60, she says she feels fitter, more focused, and more in control than she has in years.
A Family Affair
Shortly after Tracy began her Slimpod journey, her two daughters joined her—and between them, they’ve now lost an incredible 13 stone. It’s a powerful reminder that when one person starts to change, it can have a ripple effect on the whole family.
When Life Got Hard, She Didn’t Fall Apart
Like many people on the journey to food freedom, Tracy’s progress wasn’t linear. Over the last year, she faced a long period of intense stress and uncertainty. In the past, that might have triggered old habits—emotional eating, self-sabotage, or giving up altogether.
But this time, it was different.
“I have had some extremely stressful months which I have struggled with at times but it would have been so much worse without the support of Slimpod, it caused me to plateau with my weight loss for several months but the thing is it didn’t derail me because I understood why my body didn’t want to release any fat at that time, it needed to try and comfort and protect me at a challenging time.”
That shift is at the heart of every Slimpod story.
Instead of slipping back into old patterns, Tracy used the tools she’d learned. She leaned on Chillpod. She listened to her Slimpod daily. She stayed connected to the Gold Gatherings with Lorraine and Michelle. She kept showing up for herself—even when things felt hard.

Tracy’s story is a textbook example of how Slimpod works—not through pressure or rules, but by gently rewiring habits from the inside out.
She didn’t lose six stone by restricting or relying on willpower. She lost it because she changed the way she thought and felt about food. And that kind of change lasts.
She no longer snacks to cope with stress. She stops eating when she’s had enough. She doesn’t need to “start again on Monday” because her new habits are embedded in her day-to-day life. And when life throws a wobble her way, she now has the awareness and tools to respond instead of react.

And most of all, trust the process and enjoy the journey.”
Consistency over perfection
Real change doesn’t come from being perfect—it comes from being consistent. It’s not about doing everything right all the time, but about showing up, day after day, even when motivation dips or life gets busy. That’s how habits shift and how trust in yourself is built.
