I absolutely love sharing journeys like this!

Karen joined Slimpod in July 2025 and has lost 1st 7lbs so far. Yet what stands out even more is the freedom she has gained around food.

Finding Peace Around Food

Before Slimpod, binge eating was a real struggle for Karen but that is now a thing of the past!

Working from home meant she was constantly picking at crisps, chocolate, toast and cereal throughout the day and into the evening. Now, that daily grazing has stopped. She is choosing better, having proper meals and feeling far more in control.

This is what we mean when we talk about changing your relationship with food. It is those steady shifts that begin to feel natural over time, that lead to big changes. This is why we really encourage win writing so these shifts are not overlooked!

More Than a Number on the Scales

What I also love about Karen’s story is her consistency.

Although her weight has stayed the same for a couple of months, she has not put it back on and importantly she has continued with Slimpod. She still listens to Trevor every night and uses the Chillpod in the morning when she feels the need. 

Last weekend she wore a dress she had owned for two years but had never felt good enough to wear. Now she does. The scales never tell the whole story, they do not measure how you feel or how your clothes fit.
